At State Of Solitude, each piece is made-to-order with intention and care. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged or defective product, or need a size exchange, we’ve got you covered. We offer a one-time size exchange, which must be requested within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unworn and in original condition, and while you’ll need to cover the return shipping, we’ll send the replacement free of charge. Returns are not accepted for items on sale, products that have been worn or washed, or if you change your mind about the style or size (we provide accurate size charts — use them!). To start a return or exchange, email us at stateofsolitudeco@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Once confirmed by our team (usually within 24–48 hours), you’ll ship the item back to the provided address. Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or unavailable after purchase. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays unless it's been over 15 days since dispatch. All products are part of limited drops, capped at 20 pieces per design.
